Pre Sale Questions
We offer a wide range of high-quality gemstones that are carefully sourced from reputable mines and certified for their authenticity and efficacy. Our gemstones are selected to enhance balance, prosperity, and harmony in your life.
Yes, our team of expert astrologers and gemologists provides personalized consultations to recommend the best gemstones for your specific needs, ensuring you receive the maximum benefits.
You can return your gemstone within 7 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and has not been customized or altered. Please note that certain goods, such as those personalized to your specifications, cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
