RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy of return and exchange indicates that the product which has been purchased by the buyer can be exchanged within 7 days of buying. And there is no exchange and return after one week of purchasing the product. The condition of the items which has to be returned or exchanged has to be fresh and unused, with all the real tags and labels attached with the products. There will be no deduction of money for the return of any product.
TRANSACTION METHOD
Acharya Ganesh product services only supports online transactions through debit card, UPI and other digital methods. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Refunds will be processed through the same method used for payment.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROOF
It is mandatory to make a video during unboxing of a product so that if any damage is there it can be considered further for return or exchange proof. The customer is required to make video in front of the delivery person who acts as a witness for good delivery. The video must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGE
If a product is returned or exchanged but is found damaged, altered and scratched, it will not be considered for refund or exchange. In such cases the product will be returned to the customer.
